No. Each licence authorises the use of the music exclusively in the specifically authorised project. A new licence is required to use the same composition in separate projects.
Duration of advertising licences
Advertising licences are valid for three (3) years and may be renewed exclusively by entering into a new agreement before the expiry date.
Non-use of licences
Any licence that has not been used for its specifically authorised purpose within three (3) years from the date stated on the licence will cease to be effective, and the relevant agreement will be considered terminated, unless an extension is granted.
The Licensee may submit a written request for an additional twelve (12) months, at no extra cost, before the original deadline expires. The request must state and explain the reasons why the project has not yet been completed. The extension is subject to the Licensor's assessment and approval and does not constitute an automatic right of the Licensee.
If no extension is granted in writing, the licence and the relevant agreement will cease to be effective upon expiry of the applicable deadline, without any entitlement to a refund of amounts already paid.

Each licence is dedicated to a specific usage category that defines its scope of application. To monetise videos on YouTube, an exclusive Web licence is required. In all cases, authorship must be acknowledged by identifying Alberto Puviani as the composer.
Yes. Standard and exclusive licences are available for television use, with different rights and conditions.
Standard or non-exclusive licence: authorises the use of the track on the specific television network identified in the licence, without the right to transfer the authorisation to other broadcasters.
Exclusive licence: allows the use of the track on television networks owned by the Licensee and permits the Licensee to authorise other broadcasters to use the track, subject to the contractual terms.

They can be requested as an additional paid option. For details, please consult the Licences page or request a quotation.

Limited adaptations to suit the requirements of a scene are permitted, such as fading the music in or out, shortening it or adjusting its duration, provided that the essential nature of the original work is not altered.
Any intervention that substantially alters the composition or involves a use beyond that authorised requires my prior consent.
